most basic
modifications. Please feel free to
submit your
change request via email.

assistance with a design or if you need modifications, please feel
free to
request a plan change. We will be glad to look at any change
requests you may have and work to achieve the floor plan you desire.
Most modifications are done within 24 hours at no extra charge. Some
duplexes have larger versions with more apartment units under
Apartment plans.
All of our plans are based on common requests from builders,
individuals and visitors to this site. If you do not see a floor
plan that meets your needs, we will be glad to assist you with
your plan search and help guide you toward a design that may
suit your specific needs or situation.
