Receive plans via email in PDF format

Plans are sent to your email in electronic PDF format. This is the best option if you need plans quickly. (See options and delivery times below.)

PDF Advantages:

Add notations directly to the PDF file prior to printing so that they are included on the final prints.
Share files with your builder and/or suppliers for quotes.
Print as many sets as needed for your project.
Print plans to standard scale, or any sized paper for reference, at your local print shop or office store.
Pan and zoom the files on your computer for quick reference.
PDF files can be viewed with most free PDF readers readily available on the internet.
International customers can save on additional shipping and customs fees associated with physical plan packages.

PDF options and delivery times

Standard: PDF only
Files are sent to your email, typically within 24 hours*. (Excluding weekends and holidays. No physical sets are shipped).

5 sets + PDF:
With this option, the PDF file is an add-on to the 5-sets shipped by mail. There will be a release form in the package to be signed and returned for the digital PDF version to be sent to your email.

PDF: Unlimited
This option comes with authorization for unlimited builds.

PDF Files: Upgrades and Retrieval

Use the below options to order the PDF file for a plan you have already received in physical format or if you have either lost the file or need it sent again for any reason.

PDF file upgrades are $325.00 in addition to the original purchase price of orders already shipped in physical format. (Standard use only. For unlimited, use PDF Option B below.)

1) When using the options below, please indicate your original invoice/receipt number.

2) Only the PDF file for the same plan as originally purchased will be sent. No substitutions allowed.

3) Please use the appropriate section below. Orders must be verified against original purchase.

Important information:

- PDF files are delivered via email per the information on this page. They are NOT instant downloads.

- Delivery times on release forms and PDF files can vary depending on order volumes.

- Please save the PDF email attachment to your computer. Retrieval of lost files may require a fee.

- Due to the PDF being a digital computer file, there are no refunds or exchanges on PDF orders for any reason.

Important information:
General PDF file support is limited to 6 months from the date of purchase. After that time, any issues with regard to the PDF file and use thereof may require additional charges.

Waiving of any additional charges are at the sole discretion of PlanSource, Inc.
